Knickerbockers brings the experience of an authentic Italian Gelateria to the heart of Lancashire. We have sourced a traditional ice cream making machine from Italy to whip up the most delicious ice creams and velvety smooth milkshakes. Choose from a range of amazing flavours and watch the machine work its magic right in front of your eyes.

Just head to the giant pink ice cream cone in The Flower Bowl to find Knickerbockers. The only thing you’ll have to worry about is whether to have one scoop or two!
