The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 require the reporting of the difference between average earnings of male and female employees. In the first year of reporting requirements the Barton Grange Group Gender Pay Gap report is as follows:
Women’s hourly rate is 8.11% lower (mean) and 0% lower (median) than a man’s hourly rate. The distribution of male and female employees at each pay quartile shows;
Upper quartile 50% male and 50% female
Upper middle quartile 49% male and 51% female
Lower middle quartile 19% male and 81% female
Lower quartile 42% male and 58% female
No bonus payments were awarded in the year ending 5th April 2023.
